Getting your test results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

  • in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • in your Patient Online Access account
  • phone or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are if Dr’s has reviewed and commented on them.

Questions about your results

If you want to talk to someone about your results, please request a telephone consultation and a Clinician will ring you back to answer any queries or concerns you may have. Please note, all appointments are prioritised so you may not receive a call the same day, but we will do our best to try and accommodate wherever possible.
